Also to add, they make the game exclusive on the PS3 and it's install base..

Because IGN claimed so ? There is conflicting statements from media sources pertaining to the exclusivity of the title.

Not to mention Konami themselves aren't commenting. You would think that if it was exclusive to the 360, Microsoft or Konami themselves would of came out and said so straight out.
