You can go up to 300GB on Newegg for $60. Its pretty much assured that there will be a 240-360GB HDD available for the Elite versions, im thinking the latter to give current Elite owners more incentive to upgrade. The premium model may get a 120-160GB HDD as well.
Vgchartz will not be able to track these new sales, unfortunately. Even the gamercard method wouldn't work if people who buy the games retail show up the same.
