I would still grab this day 1 if it was not even intended for gaming at all. The coolness factor of having total control of your entertainment hub (movies, music, tv, ect..) with voice and gesture.
I am sure a lot of developers will implement partial use of this in the FPS/Action genera... I can tell you this, it will be a whole lot more fun having to reach out and set rig the explosives with this thing that cocking the D-shock from side to side.
Here is what got me...
My wife walked in when this was on TV and stopped, stared at the demo, said that thing is cool, we should get it (btw she hates video games)
