Natal is the beginning of the technology on the Xbox...So many of you people are freaking blind...it's for casual gamers...blah blah blah...that's like the famous quote...why would you ever need more than 640 KB of memory. M$ spend a TON of money on this in R&D, and some of us have been trying to point that out from their financial reports. This tech will really come into it's own for the next console, but in THIS console it's a great frist step to show how the tech can be integrated into gaming. People have to remember that M$ is an iterative company...boring, but iterative.

well, I wanna see the next one, this one isn't impressing me.

I fail understand how anyone can't be impressed by this.  The implications of this are unreal.  At this point, Sony and Nintendo might as well cancel their press conferences.  MS just owned.  If you take the 10 biggest megatons of all time combined and compare that to this, it would be like comparing a candle to a hydrogen bomb.  Given we knew the controller was coming, but the way they used it was unbelievable.

really? I just saw it as an improved motion capture camera with a mic built in, I can see the advances but I can also see some down sides to it, it's just standard analogy for me. if anything, it's up to the devs to see how well they can work with this piece of hardware, after looking at the way Wiimote worked in the begining of the Wii life span, I'm not so confident that devs can make mind blowing games on this particular device any time soon.
