Famitsu have been wrong before. And Star Ocean 4 was all over Dengeki Playstation magazine just two weeks before it was announced as a 360 exclusive. At the end of the video there was a bunch of logos, but there was no Playstation logo anywhere. Also they did say earlier that all games shown from then on would be 360 console exclusive.
Though it is somewhat suspicious that Microsoft/Kojima didn't specifically confirm exclusivity during the presentation. I'm guessing it's not exclusive, but let's not jump to conclusions.
