The full body motion is a novelty and has been around for some time now (I remember playing one over 10 years ago at some science place, not as advanced as this but same basic functionality). The games that come out with this will be extremely limited in what they can do since you have no buttons to press, the games that come out for it will all be quirky titles like the ones shown today where the scenes don't change and stuff is thrown at you.

The advantage of the Wii Remote is that it's also a full game controller, the motion isn't completely necessary and is usually there to help make the experience better, not an experience in itself like microsoft is doing with their motion control.

Since you actually need a camera which isn't packaged with the 360, I don't see this getting any mainstream success.
