Probably not the smartest move with the Kojima thing, copying MS's E3 of last year with FF13 and all. We don't want to show the competition we are a year behind them and copying them after all (Sony has not been the innovator in the industry for a long time, but it does a better job at pretending not to copy than MS do).

It'd be better if Kojima started the conference, throw the first punch immediately and keep everyone excited throughout the conference.

Team ICO trailer at the end would have kept the suspense up. It would keep people guessing about the trailer AND it'd show the PS3's diversity in it's lineup, throwing the same game (MGS) out and making it the big thing of E3 (by placing it at the end) wouldn't be smart.

Those are my thoughts though.

Also, wouldn't it have been better to do this after Sony's E3? As in, to critique how the actual conference went down and then to show how you would have made it better (using the same information, announcements etc.. instead of hypotheticals?).

Aside from that, I like the lineup, it seems pretty well thought out and you did well in your objective (spread of announcements not spaced too far apart).
