Killing soldiers of any kind in a video game shouldn't be viewed upon badly. Killing CIVILIANS of any kind should be viewed upon badly.
I don't see a big problem with the game, though for the sake of respect I wouldn't play it, I don't see why other countries shouldn't be able to.
GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.
