Yes, it's likely.
actually games have ingame chatting.
but cross game chatting still not ready, but they do mentioned it as a addable feature.
Home have it, where u can phone your friends , ingame.
and even chat with people nearby.
but doing in in a chat room like-mode it's easier to implement especially when the new cross game chatting the base it's ready.
