I'll answer your question with a question : why sell a range of phones & a portable gaming device as opposed to selling a portable gaming device which is also a phone ?
I don't think the PSP Go will have a touch screen 1. Because of the extra RAM usage 2. Because of it's limited usefullnesss 3.Because of the additional cost 4. Because of firmware requirments .
