Someone should overrule this ban IMO. Now, I dont know if Xxain has ever used vulgar language in other posts but the word "ass" is not a vulgar term. Ive read direct personal insults amonst members on this website and none of those members have been banned....... Theres gotta be some consistency in this website to keep it fair amongst all members.

It's not vulgar language it's personal insults. You don't call someone else an ass. If you want someone banned for it you report them. Also our ban system is progressive, so instances you see may be warnings rather than bans. Xxain had a history, thus he was banned instead of warned. You have no idea how our mod system works, what information we can see on the users, or apparently even what's in the forum rules. So I suggest you don't make statements about what should be changed in our moderating system (which I am in charge of btw).
