I've been playing through a second time as evil (I did the first time as a hero because I like to be the good guy) and it makes me feel like a horrible person. I feel so dirty when I'm sucking the energy out of someone, or forcing people to do my dirty work... But I need the trophies!
Since you haven't played the other half of the story, I won't go into specifics but I will say that I really enjoy the story. The karma moments are really a good part of the game and they really help you connect with Cole.
