Therefore you cannot make a full judgement of the online system being that the clan system is such a huge integrated part of that. I haven't played in a clan in GeoW 1 or 2 or Halo 3 either...
At the end of the day I was making judgement based on two things. The first is single player, in which Gears 1 and 2 are better than Killzone 2 easily, and Halo 3 is around the same.
The second is local gaming co-op, in which Gears 1 is good, Gears 2 is amazing (horde=drool) and Halo 3 is ok. Killzone 2 has none.
