aw man Im sorry about that. Walmart sucks in general though. They did the EXACT same thing with this girl in Florida that bought a nintendo DS and she opened up the box to find rocks in it. They eventually gave her a new one. But oh man. I'm so sorry. inFAMOUS is AWESOME too.
You can go in and exchange it though. its pretty easy. But in the future...use gamestop or target. They are always reliable
