Yes it's his opinion, but that doesn't change the fact that his opinion stems from "what ifs", "guesses", "predictions" which at any point could all lead to misinformation seeing as most of the information itself has not even been gathered...come to light...or exist (Gears 3 case has anyone seen screens or know anything about the game mechanics as of yet) Yes we can guess, but still at this point it's still a guess and basing your opinion off a guess is rather stupid to me considering the odds of his guess being correct are low at this point.
Yes everyone can have an opinion but that doesn't change the fact that some opinions are crappy and others are better. As a result eventually we enter the field of good or bad taste =P. What he's done is just bad taste.
