I think that to, Raiden and BigBoss are in completely different time periods, but you can't put it past Kojima!

I dont think raiden will be in it....personally. That scan in famitsu showed raiden with brown eyes. Couldnt be him. 

Brown Eyes. Nails in Head and Barcode. Cyborg? Grayfox

 

So far the letters PS3 have arrived and also famitsu reported the numbers 360 and letter "C" appeared
