Well, it's an internet streaming service that need subscription and an internet connection to work. It should suit people that have a hard time installing a sattelite dish due to planning laws or whatever. If it's free for existing Sky customers it should be a good service for the 2nd TV since Sky already offeres their box and installation for free and their PVR for peanuts.
If existing subscribers need extra money or new subscribers need the same subscription to use this then i don't see how it can succeed since installing sky in the first place is free already.
