Correct me if i'm wrong but don't they have to BUY contracts??
I highly doubt Take 2 would sign a contract for exclusive if they didn't get any money out of it. And a contract of that magnitude would not be cheap.
I don't think the next GTA will be exclusive...just doesn't seem plausible
