Sorry but yes it kicks the crap out of Oblivion with guns. In every category. Most notably fun factor. And being good/evil actually changes every aspect of the game. Not just "I just nuked a town now my dad might be upset with me for like literally 15 seconds".
I could go on and on and on about why inFamous is better then Fallout 3 (btw I have the PC version of it).
