In my opinion no, to me its basically the same thing. I know Jeff from IGN spoke of the differences between 720p and 1080p. Maybe if you found that it could help. |
You can tell the difference on larger screens, especially LCDs -- it's noticeably clearer and crisper. On a 20 inch, not so much. |
Well I have a Sharp Aquos 52" 1080p HDTV LCD and I can't tell the difference. |
So then it must be a good thing. I'm not missing out on 1080p then. I should just be satsified with 720p and my LCD 20" HDTV.
