Hmm, so I still have two problems:

  1. I just did the thing where it didn't take input from BlueTooth devices again.  I tried turning the power off, waiting a few seconds, and then turning the power switch in the back on again and that didn't fix it.  I turned the switch off again and I'll try again when I'm done writing this post.
  2. A few hours ago when I was done playing it wouldn't actually turn off.  The remote control didn't turn it off and holding down the power button didn't turn it off so I finally just had to flip the switch in the back.  I tried turning it my PS3 input so I could try and turn it off with the controller but I had no picture and no sound.
  3. While playing Uncharted I had the screen turn completely staticy and then turn black for a few seconds and then it came back.

I have completely new cables so I don't think it's the cables (I even bought nicer ones instead of the cheap generic ones).

-edit-

I couldn't turn on the PS3 with my remote or controller but after manually turning it on it recognized my controller again.
