That HD 4650 from HIS has more 5 egg positive reviews as a % and its a better brand than Galaxy.
Otherwise this powercolor one would be good as well, only two reviews but it comes with the faster GDDR3 memory. But they're both 5 egg.

At that level of the market, extra performance is important. AMDs new GPUs are really quick from the top to the bottom. I use an HD 46 class GPU for my HTPC.
