Once you get all 68 people on the list, you have to get them all up through the ranks up to Friendship. Yep, it's going to be a pain in the ass to get them all up there, but there is an easier (albeit long) way to get them to move up. There are quizzes that you can unlock that will improve everyones relationship for answering all 10 questions right. The first one is unlocked after doing the missions you get for 20,000 kills and 100 missions with one person. The second one is unlocked after doing the missions you get for 200 total missions and 40,000 shot down. Here's a file with the answers to all of the questions...
