The demo actually turned me from 'not buying' to 'I'll buy it when it drops in price'.
Had a few 'broken' things in the demo, I didn't like that when trying to jump over things when dodging 1 hit kill rockets I would start doing some parkour nonsense on what I was trying to jump over, getting me killed.
Also a few times I was knocked over once with a shotgun blast from an enemy, then as I was standing up before I could attack or move again the enemy/enemies would chain blast me and knock me over again, continuing until I died. |
Are you pressing jump, or dodge? I never use jump for dodging rockets, even if Cole did jump up, the splash damage will still get me. Also you can use the force push thing to blow the rockets right back at them =D
I haven't met many shotgun guys, but I do think it would have been nice to get a MGS sort of thing, where you can shoot while on the ground. But not that bad, as you probably wouldn't be in range of enemies (especially in large quantities) anyway.
