Yeah, the numbers should have change. The timer is stuck at 116:58:22 for all three. The flashes don't happen in split seconds.
In any case, the letters appears at a random order so anyone can interpret them as they like.
1st counter: 5/S
2nd counter: 5/S, E, e, 3 (some also say they've seen 9)
3rd counter: 5/S, E, e, R, P, 3. (and Big Boss's Mug)
