that's not a "scan" but at most a cellphone photo
it seems to say the game is comming in 2009, but we need a way better quality version of this to be sure
edit: ok now with these scans it's clear that it's a 2010 title (before I thought it said 2009 because of the very blurry picture).. btw some of these pics look astounishingly good
