I averaged around 100 kills per hour when I was playing it, but I tended to skip game modes a lot. If you stick to Deathmatch only, you should probably get around 120-150 per hour (depending on skill).
For DWG2, I only have 5 more characters to unlock, of which Sarah will obviously be the biggest pain. After that, I'll start working on everyone's Mission mode, which will probably not take too long.
