Obama admin will talk down NK followed by the brass saying he needs to hardline on them. Increased sanctions will follow then China will cut off their food supplies followed by an ouster at the UN. This however will only strengthen the NK hardliners and will lead to more testing/possibly @ or near the DMZ to scare Seoul, China, US, and Japan. Politically, this tells me that the Generals have taken the reins from Kim Jong Il as the leadership of the country.
