If you actually have a DS, which I doubt, you need to play Kirby Canvas Curse. It's a platformer that can only be played with a touchscreen. It took a new control scheme and applied it to an old genre and made it feel fresh and beautiful and fun and it can only be played on the DS. It's a couple years old and super cheap by now. I can't recommend that game enough.
If you don't have a DS, you just need to realize that the DS has more control schemes, which means more games, which means more exclusives, which means it won.
