Well lets see here...
LittlebigPlanet - It's an amazing game for replayability and a great game all around. However, It will get boring fairly quickly if you play by yourself. If you have friends to play with, this is the game to get. If not, I'd think twice.
Uncharted - Flat out, an amazing game. One of the best single player games the PS3 has too offer. However, when it comes to longevity, it's probably the weakest out of the three. But, still highly reccomended as you will play through it many times.
Infamous - Looks to be a solid game. Reviews have been good. But I haven't played it yet. Looks to be rather lengthy and fun.
Overall - If you have friends to play with, LBP is the best choice without question. If not, I'd go with Infamous since the demo was quite good and it would be longer than Uncharted. If you decide you don't care about length at all. Then Uncharted is the game to get because it's one of the best games for the PS3.
