If a game is pirated 20% then of course a game that sells more will have a higher number of pirates. 20% of 1 million is 200,000. 20% of 10 million is 2 million. so no duh that it's the most pirated game. The Sims series is one of the biggest names in gaming.
There is no difference between core and casual. The "casual" of now will be the core of tomorrow. As the "core" of now was the casual of yesteryears.
Pirating has always been around and always will be around. Companies survived piracy back then. They will survive piracy now. The only difference is now they can track piracy, but it's been pretty much the same since gaming started.
