My PS3 sometimes stops reading BlueTooth devices, why?

I think this did happen to me a few months ago, but nothing since the newer updates. 

Not sure what causes it, but it could be interference from wireless devices close by.  The USB cable will auto-sync it back up again though.

Edit: You do get the same model, sometimes the same PS3, back from repairs.
