Is Sony going to try and secure "MGS Next" exclusivity for PS3?

If Kojima's next game is a MGS, then I would count on it being PS3 exclusive.

Kojima has said numerous times he always thought MGS as a PS franchise. If it's not a MGS, then who know's.
