I'd obviously would try to change him too.Why do you have to be rude?Which by the way who are you quoting because I sure as heck did not say that. I said I think his act of perversion is wrong. How is that a mixed message. Should I hate him? Or try to talk to him.

How about neither? Those of us who are proud in who we are would resent anyone trying to "change" us. To us, that's very rude. Besides, there's the fact that those "reformation" programs don't really work, all they do is put someone back in the closet, hiding their true desire. As for the Bible, those arguments just don't work. It is said that you can read whatever you want out of it; the site's gone, but there was a site that showed how there were more condemnations of heterosexuality than homosexuality? Wouldn't that make being homosexual better?

Truth be told, if you were to try to change him, and he's proud of who he is, you're going to lose a friend anyway. Best thing to do is to not bring it up at all, letting him live his life as he so chooses. Wasn't there also a line "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone"? I fail to believe there is any human who believes in such works that has not sinned.
