Who will win E3 and why?

Either Sony or Nintendo will win E3. Basically the 360 is done. imho if Microsoft puts Halo 4 (if there even is one) and Gears 3 on the 360 all they do with this move is dimish their ability to establish a reason for early adapters to pick up their next $400 to $600 super system.
