Given the current trends I would say no there will not be a PS4. Sony has suffered a severe financial setback that is true. However I want to point out something else I like to call the competition. Nintendo is going to be a financial giant for the next round of the competition. Microsoft will probably be making a healthy profit. Then there will be Sony that bled cash, lost a huge chunk of brand loyalty, and they will face off against the probably more refined library of the others.
Think of Sony being the major underdog next generation. Rather then the dominant force of the last generation. They will have an uphill battle to steal dedicated fans from the other two console makers. Both of which will not make the mistakes Sony made this generation. Which is what really gave Nintendo a chance, and is what is helping Microsoft to generate and maintain a lead over Sony. Sony really screwed up, and chances are the others are not going to replicate any of those mistakes.
I would have to say no based solely on how their console has done this generation. However its not impossible. Who knows maybe everyone goes out and buys a Bravia.
