Well the second Ice Age did $650m and there was little buzz or expectation that it would do that kind of business. It was a pretty poor movie so if they actually put some effort into the story this time around(and it looks like they have) I'd expect similar if not bigger numbers.
You'll have to pray pretty hard for Angels & Demons!
