So people are lucky, but if you get cuaght..you get banned from XBL and lose your warranty...the way MS cracks down on Achivement cheaters is tough....so Modded consoles should not last long under the radar

Wrong!, My two oldest 360's were flashed in 2006 and still work perfectly on xbox live as do 70 out of the 71 360's I have flashed to date, you will NOT get banned as long as your careful and all people know that now along with everyone using the new filmware that was recently updated for full protection on xbox live,
