Some people seem to have a problem with the word deceived so maybe I'll say mislead. After the numerous rants some time ago about how the 360's problem was fixed it is only logical to assume as a consumer that if you buy a new console you won't experience the older problems (or at least less likely). I believe Microsoft in their infinite business and marketing wisdom knew this. This upset me since as I said b4 I may not be able to simply send it back. That is what prevented me from buying one sooner.
