Sorry to say that neither of those systems Console/Handheld were awful...

Maybe lack of support, but not awful..

I think the N-gage is really under appreciated: amazing phone, great reception, Bluetooth support, MP3 Player, games.

And the Dreamcast is flat out amazing..

 

Some people don't know that you can still play your Dreamcast and N-Gage online.

Ngage has games still being made.

And

Dreamcast has a FPS coming out real soon, regaless if it's Homebrew.
