With the value of BR decreasing (all the more because it hasn't reached a mainstream growth in marketshare), the price of the PS3 is getting more and more expensive, so I'm not sure a pricecut that leaves it above 300$ would have much effect... One that is bigger will, but wouldn't sony have done something earlier if they could?
