5% ???
Dude, youre pulling numbers out of nowhere now. Considering how big a part of Tito Ortiz's strategy was pinning his opponents against the cage, Id say it's atleast 50% of the game play is messed up if I'm using him. Because you cant push opponents against the cage or use it to your advantage in this game.
That was Tito's bread and butter. The other 50% of his style is Ground and Pound...which is extremely limited in this as well. First off, right and left punches are interchangable and offer nothing different. Hence, why even bother using the left punch during Ground and pound, if I can throw 10 right punches in a row. I'll leave it at that for now, but if you want more I can keep going on about this.
Also...not including southpaw stance. This is a HUGE FLAW in the game. Ever wonder why people hate fighting southpaws? It's because they are different than orthodox fighters. Since youre a boxer, you should already know that. Hence, Cro Cop was a huge threat in MMA because his LEFT KICK was so deadly. Since he was southpaw, the orthodox fighters would be walking right into his left foot, and he would use this to his advantage. Now this UFC game doesnt even have southpaw stances. Cro Cop is standing orthodox in this game... not only does it hinder strategy when playing with him, but it's unrealistic. Remember the slogan is "UFC - AS REAL AS IT GETS". This game is supposed to be a simulator, not an arcade game. So there you have it.... not 5% of the gameplay is messed up. 50% is messed up...and that really hampers this game

50%? lol...
you realize, you put in two things there? i've acknowledged they're not there. anything else?
so... lemme see.
2 things = 50%? so that means... MMA is just made up of 4 things?!?!?
you're trying to tell me that 50% of your game is made up of just those 2 things??
try to get your common sense back together man. you're too mad at the game for small things and you think they're so freaking huge. 2 things make you feel like the gameplay sucks? please... alright, that's the last time i'm addressing your complaints.
i'm sorry infamous8, but you're just not a reasonable person. end of responses. fellas, if you care to reply anymore on this thread, go ahead. i've said all i need to say. go out and buy the game, it's great.
bottom line, despite the shortcomings, the game includes 95% of what mma has to offer. despite infamous8's nitpicks and complaints about small things, it includes the meat of what an mma experience should be.
9/10
