why don't you try playing against a real person online then?
I tell you, I've had my friend try the same exact thing and I kicked his ass all over the place. Playing against the CPU can be a bugged experience, I admit. Try playing against a human. You'll realize that your statement is nonsense.
EDIT: try playing against a human WITH some knowledge about the game. you'll get your ass kicked spamming headkick or any other one move.
