Existe muchas formas de resolver las escenas en Heavy Rain. En momentos dramáticos, cualquiera de los protagonistas puede morir –esto no sucede por fallar un único QTE, algo que sería ridículo según Quantic Dream, si no tras ciertos errores en momentos clave-. Si esto sucediese, la historia continúa, pero perderemos su punto de vista, sus implicaciones y acciones en ella.

In dramatic moment, any of the protagonist can die-this does no happens on one unique QTE, that would be ridiculous according to quatic dream, instead it will happen after several mystakes in key moments-. If this happens, the story will continue, but we will loose one point of view, its implications and the action of that character in the scene
