You cant just spam headkicks and win. Play anyone decent at the game and you will get murdered playing like that. For one you can step out of the way of them leaving your opponent open to being taken down or hit wih a superman punch or a knee to the head. If im not mistaken you can also catch your opponents kick and take them to ground from that position.
