Call microsoft ASAP. Unless the warranty works different outside of the US then your warranty should have renewed when you got it repaired...although he did say he never had it repaired for RRoD before so maybe that makes a difference. Either way CALL THEM!! the worst that can happen is they say sorry but we cant help you
