What game has the best character creator?

 FN3 was great... not as deep as smackdown but i could make myself so i was happy... i just couldnt fit my entire last name in the space alowed  >_<

 

 Yeah I cant wait for Round 4 to see how much better it gets.   

Also, most EA Sports games have fantastic player creators, so anyone of them is a good choice.  I know the Tiger Woods one is really good also.
