Question: Playing PS1 games from the PS Store on the PS3.

I have a PSP, and I know that multiplayer and versus features are not accessible in games like Tekken 2, King of Fighters '99, and such. When the game is transfered to the PS3 and played on the PS3, are the multiplayer and versus features accessible?
