Has anyone ever tried a long-distance relationship?

It... can be done, but as others here have said, it's tough. Both of you need to be mature enough about it, to know that you both want each other, and that the physical contact may be limited for a bit. Any that I've tried never really worked out, but I do know some friends who got married despite being in different states for 5 years while at college.
