Did some searching and found out that MS was a sponsor in 2006 and Forza 2 was the official simulator for the entire racing season.

The following year MS officially presented Forza 2 to the European Press at the Castelet circuit

Using this info tells me that Forza 3 will be a sponsor of a racing team, the official simulator for the racing season, and the game will be revealed to the European Press and maybe fans
